Overview of Services

This Facility is built around the capabilities of our Thermo Fisher Titan Krios and Talos Arctica microscopes. Installed betwwen Spring 2017 and Fall 2019, this revolutionary, cryo-based technology permits a full range of semi-automated applications, includng 2D electron crystallography, single particle analysis, cryo-electron microscopy, and dual axis cellular tomography of frozen hydrated cell organelles and cells.

 

EXTERNAL USERS: An Academic Research Services Order must be in place before we can accept your projects.
